Understand client requirements for bulk/custom T-shirts (branding, fabric type, quantities, printing needs, etc.). Pitch customized T-shirt offerings based on industry-specific needs. Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-ups. Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term business relationships. Update lead status, call outcomes, and sales progress in CRM software (Zoho Bigin preferred). Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring healthy profit margins. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.
