Role & responsibilities Generate profitable New Sales by cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals as required to meet the accepted sales targets within the time frame. Negotiating Quotation and Contract terms to meet both client and company needs; closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions with attractive profit margin. Manage the complete sales cycle, including site visits, BOQ preparation, quotation submission, client negotiations, order confirmation, coordination with the operations team, and ensuring 100% payment collection before project handover. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, to observe /research competitors activities within the designated area and intimate the management from time to time as required. • Build and maintain strong sales network, long-term relationships with customers, covering Buildings owners, Local Contractors / Builders /Developers. Identify, onboard, and manage sales channel partners across the designated territory to drive passive sales growth and ensure proper coordination till completion of sales and handing over. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Preferred candidate profile • Engineer / Graduate / Diploma or equivalent OR Proven experience & Track Record • Strong Communication skills in Local Languages & English. • FRESHER OR EXPERIENCED in Construction related industry or equivalent • Must own Two-wheeler with a valid driving license • Willingness to engage in cold calling with a proactive, can-do” attitude . • Minimum 0-5 years Experience in Sales /Marketing • Age not more than 35 years • Computer literate, particularly MS Office • Capable of effectively prioritizing tasks in a multi-tasking environment • Strong coordination skills for end-to-end communication with internal departments and Customers.
