Make outbound calls to B2B leads including corporates, schools, colleges, marketing agencies, event companies, and retail businesses. Understand client requirements for bulk/custom T-shirts (branding, fabric type, quantities, printing needs, etc.). Pitch customized T-shirt offerings based on industry-specific needs. Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-ups. Maintain consistent communication with clients to build long-term business relationships. Update lead status, call outcomes, and sales progress in CRM software (Zoho Bigin preferred). Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring healthy profit margins. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a content calendar tailored for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn Create engaging Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Posts with a strong focus on visual storytelling and virality. Write compelling captions with strong CTAs (calls to action). Create BTS shots Stay updated with Instagram trends (music, hashtags, formats) and quickly adapt content accordingly. Engage with followers through DMs, comments, and polls to build community and boost reach. ( Engagement) Analyze Instagram Insights to refine content strategy and increase engagement/follower growth. Work with influencers or micro-creators for collaborations when needed.
