Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Code Inbound, you will play a crucial role in driving new business acquisition and managing the sales pipeline for IT and software solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Business Development & Field Engagement - Execute B2B field sales strategy by traveling frequently to targeted geographical areas to meet customers, partners, and channel contacts. - Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, meetings, and leveraging professional contacts. - Introduce and articulate the value proposition of Code Inbound's core products & services to prospective clients and decision-makers in person. - Relationship & Partner Management - Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, resellers, and referral sources to drive consistent lead generation. - Conduct initial meetings and presentations to understand the prospect's business challenges and technical requirements. - Act as the primary face of Code Inbound, ensuring excellent client relationship management throughout the sales cycle. - Sales Process & Pipeline Management - Manage a robust sales pipeline, documenting all travel and client activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with the technical team to prepare tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close sales deals. - Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets. Skills & Competencies required for this role include excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, self-motivation, adaptability, and time management skills. Basic understanding of the IT and Software landscape is a plus. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development is preferred, with prior experience involving frequent travel being highly valued. Code Inbound offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of 15,000 - 20,000 per month, performance-based incentives, travel and fuel reimbursements for official business engagements, and opportunities for fast-track career growth in a growing IT solutions company.
