Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team at Chennai Property Developers. This role involves client interaction, lead conversion, and sales coordination—primarily from our office, with occasional field visits for site viewings and client meetings. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and follow up with leads Coordinate site visits and accompany clients when required Present project details, pricing, and payment plans effectively Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly targets Support marketing campaigns and follow up on generated leads Assist walk-in clients and provide project information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of sales experience (Real estate preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Must be willing to travel within Chennai occasionally (20%) Self-motivated with a positive attitude Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM | 6 days a week Why Join Us?
