Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Cement
Reporting to: GM sales and marketing Region/Territory: Telangana (TG) and Andhra Pradesh (AP) Base Location: Hyderabad, Mehdipatnam

Role Objective

Elevate cement sales across TG & AP by building and growing dealer/distributor business and achieving monthly volume targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets: 6,000 MT overall, with a primary sales target of 1,500 MT per month.
Manage and grow relationships with dealers and distributors; ensure regular orders and availability.
Execute territory plan: route coverage and visit schedules across TG & AP.
Generate demand, source new dealers/distributors, and recover dormant accounts.
Negotiate within company pricing and credit policies, coordinate with logistics for timely dispatches.
Track competition, pricing, and market movements; share weekly updates.
Maintain accurate records in CRM; submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports.
Coordinate promotions, schemes, and visibility as guided by the sales manager.

Training/Support Provided

Proper assistance and guidance will be provided, including induction, product training, and CRM/ERP training.

Qualifications

Graduate (any discipline); MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory.
15 years’ experience in cement/building materials/FMCG channel sales preferred; motivated freshers may be considered.

Skills & Requirements

Strong dealer/distributor management and negotiation skills.
Good communication in English and Telugu; Hindi is a plus.
Proficient in MS Excel and CRM basics.
Willingness to travel extensively across TG & AP.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
