Job Title: Sales Executive Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves patient counseling, relationship building with hospital staff, and driving sales of our services/products within hospital premises. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle patients with care, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and generate sales of company products/services in hospitals and healthcare centers. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital staff, and patients. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned. Maintain proper records of patient interactions, sales activities, and hospital visits. Counsel patients and their families regarding available treatments, services, or healthcare solutions. Provide timely reports to management on sales performance and patient engagement. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in healthcare sales and hospital business development Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Empathy and ability to counsel patients with patience and professionalism. Willingness to travel within assigned hospitals/territories. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
