Job Description

The ideal candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, with a passion for building relationships and achieving targets. Using a consultative approach, this individual will engage potential clients, understand their financial needs, and offer the most suitable loan products and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calling
  • Generate interest and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets
  • Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline and convert leads into successful deals
  • Clearly explain financial products (Personal, Business & Home Loans) to clients
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process and finalize loan applications


Qualifications

  • 0.6–3 years of experience in sales, or customer service (finance sector preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English both preferred)
  • Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Must be target-oriented and result-driven
