Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Reporting and Analytics Analyst within the Sales Operations team, you will be crucial in delivering strategic and operational sales insights through reporting and analytics activities. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support business units with performance tracking, forecasting, and executive-level analytics. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate sales data for business units and management reviews. - Develop and maintain strategic reports on business unit sales performance. - Conduct ad-hoc analysis on bookings, pipeline, forecasts, and other sales metrics. - Offer operational support for THOR, ensuring data quality tracking and governance. - Design and implement real-time sales dashboards for performance monitoring. - Deliver periodic sales reports and trend analyses. - Create executive dashboards and forecast models for leadership reviews. - Identify reporting gaps to drive reporting efficiencies. - Establish and maintain robust sales operations processes and governance frameworks. - Enhance automated reporting tools and ensure secure documentation and storage of reports. - Present performance insights in calls and meetings with stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM data accuracy. - Provide business intelligence and analytical support to leadership teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field. - Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. - Experience in sales reporting and analytics is preferred. - Knowledge of CRM systems and database management.
