Location : Ahmedabad (Bopal)

Job Overview:

Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires a professional with a robust commitment to generating and converting leads into sales, helping our clients to secure their ideal property whether it be homes or commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating leads: Finding new customers and generating sales with existing ones
Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients
Closing deals: Closing property sales or rentals
Staying informed: Keeping up with market conditions and new products
Guiding clients: Helping clients through the buying, selling, and investing process
Organizing: Booking property showings and organizing site visits
Marketing: Preparing and ordering marketing materials, and promoting new listings on social media
Negotiating: Facilitating negotiations and transactions
Paperwork: Handling the necessary paperwork
Reporting: Reporting on sales activities to management
Networking: Networking with potential clients and lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Presentable & Excellent Communication Skills
Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationshipsRole & responsibilities
