Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) with 0–3 years of experience in Electrical or Electronics industries to support our growing lithium-ion battery business. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a passion for sales, client communication, and market development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in EV, solar, and electronics sectors
• Promote lithium-ion battery products to OEMs, dealers, and B2B clients
• Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales closures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Visit clients and sites for product presentations and technical discussions
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in technical sales or business development (preferably in electrical/electronics Industry).
• B.Tech/M.Tech (Electronics/Electrical) + MBA (Marketing)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries, energy storage, or related technologies.
• PAN India travel for client visits and business meetings, as and when required.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
