The candidate should have good communication skills, people management capabilities, and ability to manage HR & operational activities efficiently. For company details visit : www.pesl.co.in Job Designation Product Design Engineer Desired Candidate Profile We have requirement for B.Tech / Diploma (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics), for Design Profile with strong technical skills, smart personality, good communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities · Working along with the R&D and Production Team. · Computer aided design for Existing Products and New Product Development (using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc) · Maintaining Customer Wise Design Data · In-House development of possible materials and other components · Raw material and production planning · Control and monitoring of incoming materials as per finalised design and quality. · Develop test methods, standards, protocols, record of production floor activities and all the related documentation · Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime. · To reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines · Creation of BOM containing the details of material used in Product Assembly · To perform as proactive liaison with other team members and organisational department.
