Location: Bhawanipur, Ballygunge, New Kasba, Old Kasba, Lake Gardens, Gariahat, Russell Street, Park Street, Sodepur, Salt Lake, Misti Hub (Eco Park), VIP Road, Kankurgachi Salary: ₹13,400 – ₹14,500 per month Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our retail outlets across various Kolkata locations. The role involves direct customer interaction, product presentation, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience aligned with our brand values. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in selecting sweets, snacks, and other products. Achieve outlet-level daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure timely stock replenishment. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and packaging with accuracy and care. Communicate ongoing offers, festive items, and premium collections to customers. Ensure outlet cleanliness, hygiene, and adherence to brand presentation standards. Gather customer feedback and report to the store manager. Support promotional events and festival season sales activities. Qualifications & Requirements: Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (HS) or equivalent. Experience: 0–3 years in retail sales, FMCG, or hospitality preferred. Age: 21 – 40 years. Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant and customer-friendly attitude. Basic computer/billing knowledge. Ability to work in a team and manage customer queues efficiently. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed monthly salary: ₹13,400 – ₹14,500. Attractive performance-based incentives.
