Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new B2B customers

    (road contractors, construction companies, industrial plants, and manufacturers) for bitumen, fuel oils, and base oils.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships

    with clients to drive repeat and long-term business.
  • Generate and convert sales leads

    through field visits, cold calls, and networking within the industrial sector.
  • Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules

    with customers to close profitable deals.
  • Conduct market research

    to identify potential buyers, competitor pricing, and emerging demand trends.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

    while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    15 years in

    industrial B2B sales

    , preferably in petroleum products, bitumen, or bulk chemicals.
  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical and commercial aspects of fuel oils and chemicals.
  • Excellent communication and field sales ability (willingness to travel).
