Position Overview

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creative

• Create compelling visual content for social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook)
• Design landing pages and web graphics that convert
• Develop brand identities and marketing materials for clients
• Produce engaging graphics for event marketing campaigns
• Create visual content optimized for vertical screens (reels, stories)
• Design promotional materials for various industries (real estate, legal, food service)

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with the Digital Marketing team and Managing Director
• Collaborate on campaign planning and creative strategy
• Ensure brand consistency across all client projects
• Participate in client feedback sessions and revisions

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Canva and other design tools
• Understanding of social media design requirements and formats
• Basic knowledge of web design principles
• Familiarity with AI design tools (preferred)

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Understanding of current design trends and social media formats

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international clients
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media best practices
• Familiarity with video editing software
• Experience in agency or fast-paced environment
• Understanding of brand development and identity design
