Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology sales, and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions. The Sales Executive will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business development goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Engage in outbound calling and warm calling to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Conduct telemarketing campaigns to promote products and services effectively.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase technology solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for managing customer data.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop business relationships through effective customer service.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to business development, identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹63,838.67 - ₹76,880.98 per year
