Job Description

JOB ROLE ● The primary role will be to arrange face-to-face meetings in our office and organize site visits for clients. ● Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences in real estate. ● Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide informed advice to clients. ● Present sales proposals and property listings to clients, highlighting key features and benefits. ● Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying or selling process to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. ● Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and property listings in the company database. REQUIREMENTS ● Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree ● Excellent communication skills ● Ability to think out of the box ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Strong organizational and negotiation skills ● Prior experience in sales is a plus
