Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling Mahindra Tractors and related implements to potential customers. The role involves generating leads, building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and institutions, understanding customer needs, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets while upholding Mahindra’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual tractor sales targets.
• Identify potential customers through field visits, campaigns, and rural marketing activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, field trials, and promotional activities in rural markets.
• Educate customers about product features, financing options, and after-sales support.
• Coordinate with finance partners for loan facilitation and documentation.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and maintain accurate records in CRM or daily reports.
• Support service and spares teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Participate in exhibitions, melas, and local events to promote Mahindra products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass;
• 0–3 years of experience in automobile or field sales (Freshers are welcomed).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
• Must have a valid driving license (2W/4W)
