Roles and Responsibilities Manage counter sales activities at retail outlets to achieve targets. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Execute sales promotions, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in counter sales or related field (retail sales). Strong selling skills with excellent communication abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems (POS) software. Should Have Basic knowledge in computer Operating.
