Position: Sales Executive

Location : Padra, Vadodara (Local candidate will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential customers for Swisso’s packaging machines across diverse industries (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, etc.).

Develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and new clients.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing features such as automatic/semi-automatic/manual operation, efficiency, and innovative technology.

Understand clients’ packaging needs and recommend suitable solutions from Swisso’s broad portfolio.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Prepare and manage sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.

Liaise with technical and after-sales support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Track sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.

Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to represent Swisso’s brand.

Collect and report market intelligence on competitors and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Skills

Graduate degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or a related field).

2+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales; experience with packaging machinery is an advantage.

Strong understanding of manufacturing or packaging industry processes.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Self-driven, proactive approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Willingness to travel as required.

Pay: ₹9,666.94 - ₹33,754.39 per month
