Mechanical Shift Engineer

Developing maintenance work instruction, SOP, HIRA, PM plan, PM checksheet, LOTO instruction, as per OEM recomendation.
Assigning preventive and scheduled work orders.Listing work to be done for scheduled work order generation.Determining most effective use of employees, equipment, and materials in the scheduling process.Ensure PPM is carried out correctly and as scheduled.Conducting routine inspections of mechanical & electrical systems.Manage team of technicians and Handyman staff.Receive & assign engineering related complaints from Help Desk team and track resolution.Provide adequate training and guidance to supervisors and handyman deployed under them.Check and ensure assigned maintenance checklist is adhered to by supervisor and handyman team.Ensure optimum spare part availability for critical & non-critical operations.Monitor PM activities being carried out by third party vendors onsite.Monitor and met site KPI.Hands on experience for working on maintenance of industrial utilities, MHE and rolling stock manufacturing equipment's, like EOT crane, Loco shunter, Lifting Jacks, Paint booth, shot blasting, welding machine.

B.Tch/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
