Building relationships with new and existing customers, identifying new markets, and driving business growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as personalising solutions to different users, are important.
Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining customer relationships:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Identifying new markets: Developing strategies to expand the business into new regions or segments, particularly in Tier 2 and 3 cities.
Negotiation and closing deals: Meet & Interact with decision-makers to secure business and negotiate terms.
Market analysis and strategy: Analyzing market trends and best practices to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Collaboration and communication: Working with the back-end & ops team to ensure smooth operations and effective client management.
Product knowledge: Understanding WHLIFE's products and services to communicate their value to clients effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong communication and negotiation skills: Essential for interacting with clients, building relationships, and closing deals.
Customer-centric approach: Prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction in all interactions.
Sales experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, and selling to travel agents is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 for reporting and presentations.
Local language and English proficiency
Education: Any Bachelor's degree required, and an MBA is preferred but not mandatory
Salary: Salary + Incentives (based on performance) offered
