Job Summary:

The role involves identifying new opportunities, generating orders, and strengthening the companys presence across UP and Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B/corporate clients across assigned locations.
  • Generate leads, conduct meetings and presentations, and close business deals.
  • Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong corporate relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate; MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and manage long-term client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with a target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel across UP & Delhi NCR.
