About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Markeng Manager to join our team at the Lucknow corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG and retail markeng, with hands-on experience in developing and execung successful brand strategies, driving sales through promoons, and managing end-to-end markeng campaigns. Key Responsibilies: Develop and implement integrated markeng strategies to drive brand awareness andcustomer engagement Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital markeng campaigns in line with businessobjecves Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competor acvity to inform markengtaccs Coordinate with sales and distribuon teams to support retail iniaves and tradepromoons Manage social media presence, digital campaigns, and brand communicaons Oversee product launches and ensure consistent brand messaging across alltouchpoints Collaborate with creave and media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns Track and report on campaign performance metrics and ROI Key Requirements: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administraon, or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or retail Marketing Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and local market trends Proven ability to manage campaigns, budgets, and cross-funconal teams Excellent communicaon, analycal, and organizaonal skills Proficiency in digital markeng tools and plaorms Experience Required: 3-5 years in FMCG/Retail Marketing Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
