Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a background in interior design or architecture-related services. The candidate should be capable of generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed projects, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through various online/offline channels.
• Conduct meetings with walk-in clients and site visits for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
• Understand client requirements and communicate AD Interio's offerings effectively.
• Coordinate with the design team to prepare and present proposals/quotations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the management.
• Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, CA and other partners.
• Follow up regularly with clients for closing deals and post-sale service feedback.
• Maintain a CRM database of prospects and client interactions.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Good understanding of interior design processes and industry trends
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and basic reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any field); preference given to candidates with an interest in interiors, architecture, or design
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors and architecture domain
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary: Based on industry standards + performance-based incentives

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
