Role Summary:

As a part of PURE, you will be joining the Sales Executive (PuREPower) Team,

responsible for driving sales and expanding market presence in the energy storage

(power backup) products in the UPS/inverter, lead acid battery,solar rooftop, and DG

Set (15 KVA to 50 KVA) market segments.

PuREPower Products Innovation: Combining Inverter, Battery, Solar Hybrid, IoT/AI with

Aesthetics and 15 Years Life Cycle.

Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential B2C and B2B customers,

developing strong client relationships, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring

successful deal closures. You will also collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales

strategies, appoint dealers/distributors and meet revenue targets.

The Sales Manager role requires a blend of skills: strong sales acumen honed by

experience in high-value two-wheeler automotive sales (products above ₹1 lakh), and

the capacity to quickly master and articulate the technical benefits of Power Solutions

(Solar Rooftop, UPS/Inverter, Batteries, and DG Sets 15-50 KVA). The core function is

proactive customer engagement through cold/warm calling, convincingly explaining

detailed product features, and successfully converting leads to achieve high sales

targets in both specialized areas.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop, UPS/inverter,

lead acid battery and DG Set (15 KVA to 50 KVA) sectors by calling through leads.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and distributors.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers.
  • Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.Qualifications/ Requirements:
  • The candidate must have a B.Tech/Degree/MBA.
  • A minimum of 4 - 10 years of experience in sales.
  • Experience in Automobile two wheeler sales Executive, sales team leader, sales

in-charge or related industries is an added advantage.

  • Should have expertise in B2B and B2C sales, handling key accounts, and driving

revenue growth.

  • Must have communication and negotiation skills. • Should be able to explain technical

solutions clearly, negotiate prices, and build long-term customer relationships.
