IT Infrastructure Specialist Enterprise

As a Business Manager in Pune with 6 to 10 years of experience in selling IT Infra Solutions, Core Data Centre, Networking, and HPC Vertical: Enterprise, your role involves: - Generating business in the assigned vertical from existing accounts and acquiring new accounts. - Identifying, validating, building, and closing business opportunities. - Contributing significantly to the implementation of sales strategies. - Building awareness, credibility, and establishing relationships with key clients. - Preparing detailed proposals/quotes (RFP/RFQ) as per customer requirements and adhering to Locuz standards. - Collaborating internally with various stakeholders and with OEM for building and closing opportunities. - Managing the complete sales cycle including billing and timely collection of AR. - Managing OEM relationships and mapping key stakeholders. - Being target-oriented and focused on improving skills, account base, and sales efficiency. - Achieving set targets in terms of revenue, profitability, and other key result areas (KRA) for the given period. - Maintaining knowledge and awareness of competitors products/pricing and overall strengths and weaknesses. - Maintaining an updated sales funnel and participating in regular sales reviews with the Reporting Manager/Management. - Following the organization's reporting guidelines and regularly updating the CRM Tool. - Maintaining data and information analysis to assist in decision making and compliance to ISO norms. - Attending regular training sessions on technical and commercial aspects of Business development. - Continuous knowledge enhancements through trainings and certifications. - Handling related responsibilities to the Role which may change from time to time. Additionally, the company requires you to work full-time in a day shift at the specified in-person work location.,
