(1)Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in assigned territories.
(2)Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into customers.
(3)Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
(4)Understand the technical specifications and applications of the chemical products offered.
(5)Coordinate with production & logistics to ensure timely order fulfilment.
(6)Prepare and deliver sales presentations and technical support to prospective clients.
(7)Attend trade shows, industry exhibitions, and customer meetings.
(8)Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
(9)Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback.
(1)Bachelors degree.
(2)25 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in chemical, pharmaceutical, or allied industries.
(3)Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
(4)Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial buying behaviour.
(5)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
