Job Description

As an Insurance Counter Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner. You will need to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products that meet their needs. It will be important for you to clearly explain product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of their insurance options. In this role, you will be responsible for generating quotations, processing insurance policy applications, and ensuring accurate documentation for each transaction. It will also be essential to maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions to track progress and provide excellent service. Collaboration with the backend team and insurance providers will be necessary to facilitate smooth transactions and address any customer inquiries or concerns effectively. This position is full-time and will require you to work a day shift from Monday to Friday at the designated in-person work location.
