The role focuses on lead qualification, client engagement, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding client requirements and assessing fit.
• Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and professional networks to schedule meetings or demos.
• Research potential clients and prepare briefs for the sales team.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and relevant documentation.
• Continuously learn about company offerings, industry trends, and competitor landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with a professional approach.
• Eagerness to learn sales processes, lead qualification techniques, and CRM tools.
• Ability to research, analyze information, and engage with prospects confidently.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a good team player.
