Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach residential, institutional, and small commercial leads for rooftop solar installations.
• Conduct field visits, site assessments, and explain system sizing, benefits, and subsidy structures to customers.
• Generate leads through cold calls, local networks, referral partners, and door-to-door campaigns.
• Handle customer queries related to PM Surya Ghar Yojana (PMSGY), net metering, and government subsidies.
• Assist customers with documentation, registration, and form-filling on the PMSGY portal.
• Coordinate with survey, installation, and back-office teams to ensure smooth conversion and execution.
• Maintain proper follow-up and update CRM/lead tracker regularly.
• Meet monthly sales targets and reporting requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (science/engineering background preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (solar/Electrical/Insurance/Appliances/Telecom preferred).
• Good communication skills in

  Hindi and local dialects

  (Bhojpuri is a plus).
• Basic technical understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).
• Comfortable with smartphone-based reporting and tools (CRM, WhatsApp, PMSGY portal).
• Should have a

  two-wheeler

  and be willing to travel within Patna and nearby districts.\]
