Sales Executive - NESH INDIA INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. Location: Danapur Reports To: Sales Manager Job Summary: As a Real Estate Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales by developing client relationships, identifying potential buyers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves following up interested clients, showcasing properties and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. 2. Property Sales: Present and promote residential properties to prospective buyers. Conduct site visits and property tours to showcase features and benefits. Provide clients with detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and terms. 3. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on current real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options. 4. Customer Service: Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure post-sale client satisfaction to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business. Qualifications and Skills: Education: MBA in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred) Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or real estate (freshers with a strong sales aptitude are also welcome). Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persuasive negotiation abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is a plus. Key Attributes: Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time-management skills. High level of professionalism and integrity. Work Environment: Office-based with frequent fieldwork for site visits and client meetings. Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, as per client availability. Compensation: Base Salary: 25000/- monthly Incentives: Performance-based commission and bonuses. Perks: phone reimbursements, paid leave and travel reimbursement
