Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Present and promote products/services to prospective customers Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients Conduct market research to understand competitors and industry trends Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals Negotiate and close deals with clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events Required Skills & Qualifications: Commercial Background will be preferred Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role (3 years preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-driven with a passion for achieving results Ability to work independently and in a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
