Sales Executive an Electronics Showroom

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Sales Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in an electronics showroom or retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining strong product knowledge across consumer electronics.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable electronic products
• Demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to influence purchase decisions
• Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, specifications, pricing, and ongoing promotions
• Handle billing, invoicing, and basic POS operations accurately
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share feedback with the showroom manager

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales, must be in an electronics showroom
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics (TVs,home appliances,etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems
• High school diploma or higher; relevant sales training is an advantage
