Sales Executive (Kannada Language Required)🎯 Role OverviewThe Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting products/services in regions where Kannada is the primary language. Fluency in Kannada is essential to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions. 📌 Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Communicate fluently in Kannada with customers to understand their requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with Kannada-speaking clients. Provide product demonstrations and presentations in Kannada. Sales Operations Identify new business opportunities in Kannada-speaking regions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Market Research Analyze market trends and customer preferences in Kannada-speaking areas. Gather feedback to improve product offerings and customer service. Customer Support Address customer queries and concerns in Kannada. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaboration Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop region-specific campaigns. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events targeting Kannada-speaking audiences. Documentation Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Translate promotional materials and product information into Kannada when needed. ✅ RequirementsProficiency in Kannada (spoken and written). Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
