SALES EXECUTIVE

About Us:

Allied Steel Traders is a leading name in the iron and steel trading industry, known for reliability, quality, and strong client relationships. We are expanding our sales team and looking for a proactive and experienced Sales Executive who understands the iron and steel market and can help us grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit client companies daily to generate and follow up on sales orders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the iron & steel industry
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into orders
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions accordingly
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and customer support
• Maintain accurate records of visits, sales, and client communications
• Regularly report progress to the Sales Manager / Company Head

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the iron & steel market
• Education: Graduate in any field (Technical or business background preferred)
• Industry Knowledge: Must have working knowledge of steel grades, products, and market pricing
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused approach
• License: Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle (Fuel reimbursement provided)
