, a field-focused role that involves meeting real agri distributors, understanding their operational bottlenecks, and helping them streamline their

order-to-cash

cycle using Zotok’s platform.This is

not a desk role

– it’s for someone who has done

field sales in the agri input space (especially seeds)

and is

excited to meet clients in Tier 2/3 cities

, get into their business pain points, and offer real tech-led solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach agri input distributors (mainly in the seed business) across Tier 2/3 cities.Pitch Zotok as a digital solution for streamlining orders, delivery tracking, payment collections, and distributor-dealer operations.Travel regularly to visit distributors, conduct meetings, demos, and close deals.Build strong B2B relationships and maintain regular communication with stakeholders in agri trade networks.Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Growth, Implementation, Support) to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.Maintain proper documentation, sales funnel, and update CRM systems regularly.

Must-Have Skills And Qualifications

Prior

field sales experience

in agri inputs (seeds, fertilizers, etc.) is

mandatory

.Master’s degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness is preferred; otherwise, solid agri domain sales exposure is required.Willingness to travel extensively to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities for distributor visits.Ability to explain tech products in simple language to traditional agri businessmen.Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about creating impact in the agri ecosystem.
