Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Ludhiana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, making sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with other departments to improve overall customer experience is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, with a focus on the mining and metals industry or related sectors
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to conduct market research and generate leads
Proficiency in developing and maintaining client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
