WE ARE NOW HIRING! Position: Sales Executive & Accounts Location: Chennai - Tamilnadu Note: This position is exclusively for Female candidates. Position Overview The “Administration Associate” should be capable of understanding our product portfolio, taking inputs from sales team & Quotation preparation. Order processing & Invoice preparation. Handling communications with clients in business proposals & commercial receivables through email & telephone. Should be able to qualify opportunities & transfer to respective sales team from inbound calls and/or inbound Marketing leads and also outbound calls from/to various manufacturing industries and GST Filling in and around Chennai-Tamilnadu. Interact with clients of all levels to follow-up for Purchase orders, payment, fixing Technical demonstration meetings, etc. Primarily responsible for quickly receiving and transacting orders which require minimum sales activities. In cases where there is further discovery and more in-depth sales activities needed, they will qualify and then transfer opportunities appropriately. Responsibilities  Accurate Quotation preparation with appropriate Products available in our portfolio seeking inputs from sales team.  Loading orders in the system, invoice preparation & sending the same to clients, payment follow-up.  Sending email communications & responding to inbound calls from clients / associates, transfer the requirements to respective team for further action instantly.  Maintaining documents & softcopies on business transactions & services completed.  Qualify leads/requirements received from inbound calls and/or inbound Marketing leads and generated through outbound calls, converting them to sales opportunities.  Maintain & manage the customer & lead database, efficiently processing all opportunities, tracking, reporting and maintaining to close or transferring to appropriate team  Manage time effectively by multitasking between inbound/outbound phone calls and MQLs Minimum Qualifications  1+ years of experience or Fresher  Fluent in English & Tamil.  Familiarity with customer-communications, payment follow-up, sales & billing process, service contract renewal follow-ups, etc.  Ability to adapt quickly and manage difficult situations while remaining positive at all times  Strong work ethic: Team oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results oriented  Highly skilled at multi-tasking with the ability to quickly adapt and learn  Ability to think outside the box as needed with an instinct for innovation  Any diploma / degree.
