Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting:Identifying potential customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Presentations & Demonstrations:Presenting products or services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits, and addressing their specific needs.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals:Negotiating contracts, pricing, and other terms to finalize sales transactions and meet revenue targets.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis:Tracking sales performance, analyzing market trends, and creating reports to inform business decisions.
• Attending Events & Conferences:Participating in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, generate leads, and stay updated on market trends.
• Customer Service & Support:Addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
