Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Commercial Sales Industry Preferred : Automobile Department: Sales & Business Development Location: Pune (Wagholi, Rahatni, Tathwade, Hadapsar) Reports To: Area Sales Manager (Only Female Required) Key Responsibilitie Sales & Business Development Identify and prospect new commercial customers within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by the management. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer onboarding. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and other marketing events as required. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and results-driven with a customer-centric approach. Excellent territory management and time management skills. Qualifications & Experience . 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B or commercial sales. Experience in the Pune market will be an advantage.
