Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organised individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with prospective parents of students at 21K School. Experience of working in B2C Industry Segment is must, with expertise in tele calling and sales call pitch.

Responsibilities

Processing / calling Leads generated for admissions at 21K School for various programmes offered in India and abroad.Proactively follow-up with leads and ensure effective, timely handling of all queriesEnsure expertise in product information for effective sales call with ParentsUpdate CRM promptly and prepare reports regularly as required from time to timeManage and ensure best productivity of sales team under the Lead.

Essential Requirements

2 + years of sales / calling experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English LanguagePersuasive, Responsive and Proactive in workingStability in work history and commitment to work long timeMust be able to join immediately or at a short noticeSalary and benefits
