Role Overview

B2C Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads on platforms like Instagram, WhatsApp, and phone
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product options
• Guide customers through flavor, design, size, and customization selections
• Follow the internal sales process for warm, hot, or cold leads
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, baking, delivery) for smooth execution
• Maintain accurate lead records and order details using internal tools (e.g., ClickUp, Swipe)
• Consistently hit conversion and revenue targets
• Provide timely updates to customers on order status and resolve queries
• Ensure exceptional customer experience at every touchpoint

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-first mindset and an eye for aesthetics
• Fluency in English (and regional language is a bonus)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work on weekends and festive days (compensatory offs provided)
• Prior experience in B2C sales or F&B industry is a plus, but not mandatory
