Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with a strong background in sales, preferably within the solar industry, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving product sales, managing client relationships, and performing site visits(sometimes). Training will be provided on product knowledge and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the solar energy sector
  • Promote and sell products such as solar water heaters, rooftop solar power systems, and other solar products
  • Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
  • Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth order execution
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (minimum 1-2 years), preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector
  • Strong understanding of solar energy products and their applications (training will be provided)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel and conduct site visits as required
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software, etc.)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
