Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries from potential clients.
• Design and present custom solutions that address specific customer pain points.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the product or engineering teams.
• Support post-sales activities such as onboarding, troubleshooting, and technical support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing Experience
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Strong understanding of [insert relevant technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Technical certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco, CompTIA) are a plus.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or enterprise solutions.
