About the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven Sales / Tele-Sales Executive with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and able to convert leads into successful business relationships consistently.
Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and clearly explain product offerings.
Convert leads into sales with consistent, proven performance.
Maintain follow-ups with interested prospects to ensure timely closures.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets with accuracy.
Manage CRM entries, update lead status, and maintain call records.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of proven tele-sales or sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented approach.
Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
