Sales excutive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to drive business growth.
• Present company services and solutions clearly and effectively to potential clients.
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and client onboarding.
• Conduct meetings with clients via Google Meet and travel to client locations when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and provide the right solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and regularly update CRM/sales trackers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company revenue.
• Provide timely feedback and reports to management on client interactions and new opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales (tech or service-based industries preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person.
• Comfortable using platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, client-handling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and map them to company offerings.
