MV Biologicals Private Limited, a fast-growing agri-biotech company, is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Sales Executive** to join our team.

### **🔍 Requirements & Responsibilities**

**Candidate must have:**

* Minimum **Undergraduate degree** in any field (Agriculture/Biotech preferred but not mandatory).

* Proven **sales experience** in the agri bio-fertilizer or agri-inputs sector.

* Thorough knowledge of **bio-fertilizers** and microbial formulations.

* Strong **communication and negotiation skills**.

* Valid **driving licence** (mandatory).

* Preferably from **Anantapur locality**.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Visit farmers’ fields and explain product usage and benefits.

* Approach **dealers, distributors, and retailers** for market expansion.

* Participate in **farmer awareness programs**, meetings, and field demonstrations.

* Assist in local **shipment of orders** as needed.

* Manage **online Amazon orders** – packing, labeling, dispatching, and tracking shipments.

* Support **sales development**, strategic market approach, and business penetration.

* Pitch to potential **investors** when required.

* Assist the production team when necessary.

* Maintain **sales reports**, ensure market compliances, and coordinate product management.

* Generate, track, and convert **quality leads**.

**Training on all company products will be provided.**
