## 🌱 **WE’RE HIRING – FIELD ASSISTANTS**

We are expanding our field operations and looking for **dynamic Field Assistants** passionate about **biological agriculture**.

### 🔬 **Key Responsibilities**

* Field-level promotion of **MV Biologicals biofertilizer products**

* Visiting farmers’ fields and **demonstrating product usage & benefits**

* Diagnosing crop issues with basic **plant pathology knowledge**

* Providing **on-field solutions** to farmers’ problems

* Building strong relationships with **local farmers and dealers**

* Understanding and supporting **local biofertilizer marketing activities**

* Effective communication of product knowledge in local language

* Participating in **Government agricultural programs (ATMA, etc.)**

* Attending **agricultural expos, farmer meets, and exhibitions**

* Supporting sales with **negotiation and follow-up skills**

### 🎯 **Required Skills**

* Experience in **biofertilizers / biological inputs**

* Strong knowledge of **crop nutrition & plant pathology**

* Excellent **communication and farmer-handling skills**

* Good **problem-solving ability**

* Sound understanding of **MV Biologicals product portfolio**

* Ability to work independently in field conditions

* **Valid driving license** (mandatory)

### 🎓 **Qualifications**

* Degree / Diploma in **Life Sciences, Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Horticulture, or related fields**

* **Minimum 1 year of field experience** in biofertilizers or agri-inputs

Salary; 17000 Fixed + attractive incentives based on sales target
