Sales & Event Management Internship

You will have the following responsibilities as a Selected Intern at the company: - Attend walk-in customer inquiries and effectively convert leads into bookings. - Reach out to new clients, planners, and exhibition organizers to contribute to business development. - Manage events, partnerships, and coordinate with vendors for seamless execution. - Handle billing processes, maintain customer communication, collect feedback, and upsell services to clients. - Generate referrals and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. The qualifications required for this position are: - Fluency in Marathi; knowledge of Gujarati will be considered a plus. - Residing in Thane or on the central line is preferred. - Excellent communication, listening, and customer handling skills are essential. - Ability to remain calm under pressure and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. - Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets. - Demonstrate enthusiasm, self-drive, and eagerness to learn.
